well another season is here and its been a long winter as Chaz and I have been busy with both cars ,the modified is finally ready with the whole car seeing a complete overhaul.

as for the prostock we have done as much as we can do until we recieve our new motor.

 

saturday may 10th we had the 44 on the track for the first time and we were very happy with the motor, however the handling on the car was a little off.

 

thursday may 15th we had the car over to proude racing and got the car and numbers alot better ( thanks Scott) hopefully we will be better for the monday debut.

 

monday may 19th rain is the order for the day , looks like we will have to wait till saturday , stay tuned. 




2009, 

This year is looking really good for us on mackinnon racing. We are excited to move forward from a promising 2008, where we seem to have hit our stride and our crew chief Chaz Birt, seems to have hit on something, and the driver -  crew chief relationship seems to be clicking well. With a good finish in the points - 5th- in 08 despite a hard crash and having to completley rebuild the chasis, we are very excited and confident that we can make a push for the chapionship this year in the #44 . We have completely freshend the car over the winter and made new changes to the chasis and setup brought about by the new found exsperience from our crew chief "Chaz Birt" and confidence from Allison as a driver.
